Ever on the look-out for quality sound experiences, we
stumbled across a new brand on us, Canada's NAD. With a website awash with
great looking meaty headphones and speakers, we decided to get to grips with
something altogether more subtle. And so we venture out into the big wide
world, iPod in tow and plugged into a pair of NAD Viso HP20 In-Ear Headphones.

REVIEW: Diono Cambria Booster Seat
A real boost
If you're like us you'll be starting your kids off early
into the world of technology by getting them a tonne of 'stuff'. But did you
know that some of that technological stuff can actually save their lives? With
that in mind we start the first our new series of parenting gadget reviews,
heading out for a drive with the Diono Cambria Bootser Seat.
NEWS: Sabertron exceeds funding goals
Sword play.
As we reported here a few months ago, a new way of hitting our friends over the head will soon be available to us, thanks to the team at Sabertron. Saberton, foam swords with electronic scoring, is just about the the most exciting advancement in technology we've heard about since fire, so we were pleased as punch to hear that their Kickstarter campaign was well on its way to reaching 200% of their original target.

FEATURE: iArmour - Three ways to defend your iPhone #2
After our previous iArmour feature, when we tested some new
iPhone cases, we were struck by how damn popular the post was. Obviously a lot
of you have iPhones (you brain-less minions, shouted the Android police) so
we've scoured the net to find three new protective cases to keep your tiny
slice of Apple's empire safe.

REVIEW: Nerf Zombie Strike Crossfire Bow
Although we did some damage with the Nerf Sidestrike, the zombie hordes are still threatening to eat our brains, regardless of how small a snack that would be. And so we brought out the big guns - or big bows in this case - hoping that the Nerf Zombie Strike Crossfire Bow could help. Continuing our look at the latest in the Zombie Strike range from Hasbro's Nerf line of toys, this time round we've moved up from a pistol to a more meaty weapon. The Zombie Strike Crossfire Bow is a mid-sized Nerf gun, similar in shape to the Rough Cut.

FEATURE: The Great Outdoors #2
We've been playing out again
As summer finally dawns and the weather permits people to go
outside without a dead buffalo wrapped around them, we've been trekking high
and low and generally just being, well... outside-y. We know, we're just as
shocked as you. Those bed sores have healed up and we can take a breath without
spluttering.
While we've been out on our adventures we have, of course,
been testing the latest kit from some of our favourite brands. And so, as we
delved once more into the wild, we take with us some pretty things from
Craghoppers, Helly Hansen and ToneTee.

REVIEW: Amazing Spiderman 2 Toys
Which superhero did you used to dream about being? We say
'used to', but we bet most of you still harbour longings to jump into your own
Batmobile or tear off your shirt in a phone booth or transform into a big green
monster when you get miffed. For us however, it will always be to swing through
the skies over Manhattan on sticky webs. And now, thanks to the new range of
Amazing Spiderman 2 toys from Hasbro, our dreams have become a (near) reality.

NEWS: 40th Anniversary of Rubik's Cube
Celebrate... but not like this guy!
We must admit to getting interested in the Rubik's Cube later in life after reviewing these awesome products. But incredibly the humble brain-teasing puzzle is now 40 years old!
To celebrate why not sit back and watch 45 year old James Wilson from Redhill, Surrey, becoming the first man to complete the Rubik's Cube... in a wind tunnel. Fair enough, eh?

REVIEW: Proviz Cycling Gear
All this chat of the Tour de France coming to these noble
shores seems to have gotten everyone in a tizzy. And so, ever ready to buck the
trend and strike out on our own... we went cycling. But, although bikes these
days are pretty hi-tech, we still needed something gadgety to test while out
burning rubber. And so we turned to Proviz and their range of high visibility
clothing and bike lights to satisfy our lust.
REVIEW: Aquapac Keymaster
We might always be harping on about ways to keep your
precious tech safe and dry, but what about your other belongings? Sure, it's
great to know your new Smartphone is dry while skimming the oceans in your 30
foot yacht, but what about your cash? Get those cards and notes soggy and
you'll have a tricky time doing anything but being a flash git on a boat.
Fortunately Aquapac have the answer in the form of the Keymaster.

REVIEW: Sugru
You'll think it gru there.
These days a lot of things in life depend on small bits of plastic. Its a shame to think that an entire day can, for many of us, come grinding to a halt because the plastic casing on a flash drive has snapped, or the battery cover on you phone has cracked. The traditional fix was to 'buy a new one', but now, thanks to British invention Sugru, that will change.

VIDEO REVIEW: LEGO Simpsons Minifigures
LEG-D'oh!
'Twas a happy day recently at Test Pit Towers, when a couple hefty parcels fell onto out doormat. Inside, we were pleased to discover, were a whole host of plastic treats which combine our favourite brand of toy with our favourite TV show. And so, tentatively ripping each of the individual bags open, we discovered which of the 16 different LEGO Simpsons Minifigures we had received.
Press play, enjoy, and enter the competition after the video to win all the minifigs we reviewed!

REVIEW: Montar Car Mount
Sorry to burst anyone's bubble here, but there really isn't
a need for a SatNav anymore. With our smartphones becoming increasingly clever
and able to do more things and run more apps, navigating the world while in
your car can now by handled by that slab of plastic and glass in your pocket.
But how do you keep your phone safe and secure while bumping over yet another
pothole? Easy, with the Montar Universal Car Mount.

REVIEW: Beach Bag Plus
As the
weather heats up you're all probably selecting which beach to descend upon. But
what a faff, eh? All that sand and water, all the food, drink and valuable
gadgets you have to lug to the beach with you. And loungers; how hard and
uncomfortable are they? And don't even get us started about keeping it all safe
while you're three miles off the coast being carried away by the current.
Fortunately
there is a product to help these beach-related troubles crumble away like a
sand castle under a toddler's foot: the Beach Bag Plus.

REVIEW: Nerf Zombie Strike Sidestrike
You're back in dangerous territory, dear reader; for the
reckless fools at The Test Pit have once again been (unwisely) kitted out with
the latest in high-velocity dart shooting side arms. The cat has no chance.
Ever grateful to Nerf, we lock and load one of their newest blasters from the
Zombie Strike range, the Sidestrike.
