NEWS: This hypercar is fully electric

Seems Batman has gone green.

If you thought electric cars only looked like the Toyota Prius, think again. The electric car market has expanded over the past few years to the point where even high performance hypercars can hit top speeds using nothing but an electrically powered engine. Case in point: the Vanda Dendrobium.

This concept from Singapore, which will be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show on the 7th of March, has been produced in conjunction with Williams Advanced Engineering, and features doors and a roof that open automatically in sync, as in the vid. The 1500hp engine will push the sleek vehicle to 60mph in just 2.6 seconds. However, we've had no conformation of if there is space for shopping or iso-fix clips for a baby seat. Still, look at that bastard!
