Sorry parents, it seems that time of year has returned once again. The summer school holidays should now be in full swing for most families, and if you feel you're already running out of ideas to keep the darling wee angels happily occupied, never fear... we're here with a another fantastic giveaway courtesy of Drumond Park. Read on, and you could win a copy of SSHH! Don't Wake Dad!

Like all of Drumond Park's games, SSHH! Don't Wake Dad! is tremendous fun for kids of all ages (even those in their 30s who really ought to be getting on with some work). The game is suitable for two to four players and includes a board, all the playing pieces you need, and dad himself, sleeping away in his bed... for now.

Players have to traverse the board, travelling from their own bedroom, in an attempt to make it down to the kitchen and the tasty chocolate cake waiting for them in the fridge. However, they first have to get past a snoozing dad who might wake up at any moment thanks to the perilous obstacles along the route. If he wakes, dad jumps up from his bed, and the player has to start again.

One of the great things about this game is the constant electronic snoring from dad. As he whistles away, we found it actually caused the players to whisper and to move their games pieces as quietly as possible. When an obstacle such as the sleeping cat is hit (by the player not possessing a certain card when they land on a corresponding square) they must tap dad's alarm clock a number of times. This is where your heart will start to race, as nobody knows just how many presses will wake dad up... with a jump!
