NEWS: This camera has 16 lenses

But which one do you smile at?

The Light L16 camera is a very unique device; it can sit in the palm of your hand but takes photos akin to a large DSLR. Instead of using one large lens like bigger professional cameras, it employs 16 smaller lenses spread across the front of the unit. They all work together to capture light at different depths of field, creating rich detailed images.

Its pretty cool, especially seeing what can be done with the RAW data in post. Yes, it may look like a weird boxy robot spider's face, but being able to capture images like that from a compact camera is really interesting. The only downside right now is that it costs $1700.
